Pro is that it’s soft and easy to use, con is that our baby was quite young when we used it in the larger baby mode (he was a longer baby), but we couldn’t use it in the end because it didn’t support his head in this mode. If you have a slightly above average baby in length you won’t be able to use this until bub is able to support themselves.
