Description
Ergonomic from first day to first birthday.
Awarded "The Best Baby Carrier for Newborns" by the NY Times Wirecutter.
A simple, two-position, soft and cosy newborn-ready carrier designed for baby's first 12 months with patented, industry-leading ergonomic support
Named Best Baby Carrier for Newborns by the NY Times Wirecutter, the Ergobaby Embrace is the simplest way to start babywearing from day one. This newborn carrier needs no infant insert it's ready to use from birth at 3.2kg — so there's nothing extra to buy and nothing to fit before your first wear.
A quick fold of the waistbelt shortens the back panel and narrows the seat for Newborn Mode; unfold it as baby grows into Baby Mode, no tools required. The adjustable bucket seat keeps baby in a natural, ergonomic position from the very first wear, with padded head and neck support to keep them comfortable during both awake time and naps. Two carry positions — front-inward and front-outward cover everything most families need in the first year.
This baby carrier is hip-healthy certified by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute and back-friendly certified by AGR, and it's made from OEKO-TEX certified fabric, so it's gentle against newborn skin from the start. Quick to put on, quick to hand between caregivers, and machine washable for easy care.
Suitable from birth through to around 11.3kg (roughly 12–18 months), the Embrace is designed as a dedicated newborn and infant carrier many families pair it with an Ergobaby Omni Classic as baby moves into toddlerhood, for a genuine birth-to-toddler carrier setup.
